After attending a “Celebration of Life” for a student who passed away at the age of 20, and listening to people say things about the young man that he would never have a chance to hear, I started looking for ways to tell the people in my life the heartfelt sentiments I too often reserve until it’s too late.
I created the Care brand with the tagline “What shape is your love?” to indicate that all forms of love—friendship, familial, romantic, and everything in between—are important and worth sharing. The book contains 20 spreads with a unique pattern on each page. The end product is ultimately determined by the buyer, but I recommend passing the book around and allowing friends of the intended recipient to write a message. Also included in this project is a series of greeting cards, and an e-commerce website where one can order a custom version of the book.
